About the event
In collaboration with ClearPath Lymphatics, GFC Wellness invites you to join us for a free educational lymphatic wellness workshop designed to support healing, reduce swelling, and promote overall wellbeing. This informative session offers a chance to learn about the lymphatic system and explore gentle, effective techniques that can support your health. Attend on your own or bring a friend to share in the experience.
The session will be led by Chelsea Brown, MS, OTR/L, CLT, a board-certified Occupational Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist. Chelsea brings extensive clinical experience and advanced training in lymphatic care, offering guidance in techniques such as manual lymphatic drainage, therapeutic exercise, and practical strategies to support long-term wellness. Her approach combines evidence-based practice with compassionate care, creating a welcoming and informative environment for all participants.
